If you do not refer people (sell our cards), you do not earn. You refer people (direct sales marketing) to patronize our partner stores and you build your sales network team.
Yes, to transfer an account to another person, you must initiate the transfer process by sending an email to Ugandacs@3pexcel.com with the details of the person you are transferring the accounts to. Note you are expected to write us with your registered email. We will not attend to request for transfer if you do not write us with your registered email. This is to prevent unauthorized transfer requests.

i. You can transfer funds from your daily account (cashable) to your card account(noncashable).
ii. You can fund your account by clicking on the fund card account, enter the desired amount you want to fund your card account with then make payment to our bank account. (your username must be your bank reference). We will fund your card account with the requested sum upon confirmation of payments.
Some products are discounted prior to purchase while some are given as cash-back periodically. You will certainly receive your discount as cash back within 0 -90 days of purchase, depending on the merchant.

You can transfer your accounts to another person; however, you need to notify us by sending an email with the reason why you wish to opt out and the details of the new member so we can update the registered details accordingly.
